About the Artist

             Born and raising his family with wife and kids in Lake Worth, Fl,  Brent Bludworth, holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, from the University of Florida. He has worked as a Graphic Designer and  Layout Artist, For Avanti Press in Miamai Lakes. For the Past 20 years Brent Has Taught Visual Arts in Palm Beach County and currently teaches 2d Design, Photography and AP design at Lake Worth High School and has served as the Department chair for the Fine and Performing arts the past 10 years. 
 
          Living, Creating and Surfing in the neighborhoods he grew up in has its advantages. Lake Worth is centrally located within Palm Beach County  and is home to  the Palm Beach Cultural Council, Armory Art Annex, and LULA, as well as numerous galleries, museums, artists, and festivals. Most Notably the Lake Worth Street Painting Festival, where Brent first started creating and exhibiting his Surf Art for the past 15 years. It also is home to the Lake Worth Public Beach and Pier where he surfs most dawn patrols and evening sessions
 
            Brent continues to exhibit his work through numerous exhibits with the Palm Beach County Teacher Association, Clay Metal Stone Gallery in Lake Worth, The West Palm Beach Armory, Lake Worth Street painting Festival and many other art venues. His work is owned and collected by  World Champion / pro surfers  Tom Curren, CJ Hobgood, Barron Knowlton, and Grind for Life founder, skater and fellow cancer survivor, Mike Rogers. and patrons from the East Coast to the West Coast.
